What If?

What if tomorrow you awake as an infant,

What if you received three wishes,

What if you could undo your greatest mistake?

Would you?

Would you start over and be the person you always wanted,

Would you change what lies ahead or the path you've walked,

Would you make amends with that special someone?

Do you dare?

Do you dare change who you are before the world sees you,

Do you dare risk making bigger mistakes than the ones you've made,

Do you dare ruin someone else's life for one more chance?

Yes or no?

Remember the good times before you change them all,

Remember the paths you crossed before you ignore them completely,

Remember why you left before you go running back.

Because lives changes when you walked into them,

Because the best friendships are made by accident,

Because some people are meant to be a lesson, not a blessing.

You made choices to be who you are.

So stop wondering what if?

And start asking what next?
